　　嘉兴综合保税区国际物流有限公司成立于2005年，注册在嘉兴综合保税区外，属区外企业。拥有并经营货代进出口代理业务、集装箱堆场和停车场管理。
　　两家公司合署办公，是浙江乍浦经济开发区（嘉兴港区）管委会、嘉兴综合保税区管委会区属国企--嘉兴综合保税集团股份有限公司全资子公司。公司现有在编员工37人，下设综合部、财务部、业务部、通关部、集装箱部、仓储部、场站部7个职能部门。

　　Jiaxing Comprehensive Bonded Zone International Logistics Co., Ltd. was established in 2005, registered outside of Jiaxing Comprehensive Bonded Zone. It owns and operates import and export agency business of freight forwarding, container yard and parking lot management.
　　 As a co-working unit, these two companies are also wholly-owned subsidiaries of Jiaxing Comprehensive Bonded Group Co., LTD, which is a state-owned enterprise of Zhejiang Zhapu Economic Development Zone (Jiaxing Port Area) management Committee, Jiaxing Comprehensive Free Trade Zone Management Committee. The company currently has 37 employees, under the 7 functional departments: Comprehensive department, Finance department, Business department, Customs clearance department, Container department, Storage department, Station department.
